Frequently Asked Questions
How do sessions work? All live sessions are offered online via zoom. Once you find a date and book your reading, you will receive an email confirmation with a zoom link immediately and also 24 hours in advance of our session. Please plan on being in a space that is quiet and free from distractions during our time together. Afterwards, I will share a recording of the session for you to download and refer back to at any time.
When is the right time to receive a reading? If you are reading this FAQ and contemplating a reading with me, then it is almost certainly the right time for you to receive a reading! Psychic intuitive readings are incredibly helpful when we are at a crossroads or turning points in our lives, but are equally helpful, validating and healing when we are states of contentment as well.
What can I do to prepare for a reading? The best thing that you can do to prepare for a reading is to be calm, relaxed, and ready to receive. You are always welcome and encouraged to bring specific questions to your reading, but know that all readings are unique experiences in time - Spirit will always communicate exactly what we need to know at any given moment.
I am experiencing physical symptoms. Can you tell me what is going on with my body? While I am able to read information in your energetic body (that informs what is happening in your physical body), I am not a medical professional. If you are experiencing symptoms of physical pain or distress, please seek immediate, professional medical attention first before considering a psychic reading.
Is the information discussed in my reading confidential? Absolutely. I take privacy and confidentiality very seriously, and it is deeply important to me that the reading space feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental. Anything shared during your session is held with care, compassion, and discretion.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life and our schedules can change. Cancellations or reschedule requests are welcome at least 24 hours in advance of an appointment. I am unable to honor any cancellation or reschedule requests on the day of an appointment.
Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. Any late arrivals to an appointment will not be met with an extension - meaning, if you are 10 minutes late to a 30 minute reading, you will only receive a 20 minute reading with me. If you are experiencing any technical difficulties while trying to log onto an appointment, please contact me immediately.
