I offer a space for us to meet on zoom once per month and do a guided "working" meditation where we use energy tools to heal, shift and change the energy of a variety of topics.

In these meditations, you will learn, by experience, how to work with energy tools, as well as how to care for, clean and clear your energetic body.

You will walk away from each monthly meditation feeling refreshed, restored, empowered, connected to Spirit and ready to soar through the month ahead!

When will we meet?
Nourish & Grow monthly meditations will take place on the first Thursday of the month at 7pm PST / 10pm EST.

If a change in the schedule must be made due to holidays or travel, you will be notified at least one month in advance via email.

When will my monthly reading be delivered?
Your monthly reading will be delivered to you no later than the 5th of each month. It will be uploaded to the Podia platform for you to stream or download.
​
Monthly readings will contain a brief reading of your energy field as well as a reading of the energies of the month ahead and messages from your Guides and Higher Self.
Readings will average between 10-15 minutes in length.

What if I can't make it live?
Replays of each month's meditation will be shared with you within 24 hours of airing.

Additionally, you will be able to access all of the meditations you have subscribed to at any time on Podia.
